It does not contain any milk, wheat or genetic modified seeds, no MSO, or no added preservatives, or any fats added, no gluten.It is a very light soup preparation for serving size of 200ml. Use seasoning like coriander and lemon if you need added flavors. Bring it to boil for four to five minutes and simmer and switch of the heat.
