- Whole Egg -3
- Skim Milk – 50ml
- Salt – 1 gm
- Pepper -2 gm
- Butter – 2.5gm
1. Beat the eggs, milk, salt and pepper in a bowl.
2. Heat butter in a pan, add egg mixture and cook under low flame.
3. Mix slowly to form medium sized scrambles, cook until the egg is solid and creamy in texture.
4. Remove from flame and serve immediately.
