- Rolled Oats or Steel Cut Oats -50gm
- Mixed Vegetables -50gm
- Onion -30gm
- Tomato -20gm
- Ginger grated -1/2 tsp
- Garlic Grated – 1/2 tsp
- Almonds chopped -5gm
- Green Chilli -2.5gm
- Ghee -2.5gm
- Cumin -2.5gm
- Red Chilli Powder -1.25gm
- Coriander Powder – 1.25 gm
- Garam Masala -1.25gm
- Salt -1gm
- coriander Leaves -2.5gm
- Lime Juice – 2.5ml
- Turmeric -1gm
Preparation Method
1. In a pan heat ghee, add cumin allow to crackle add onion , ginger,
garlic and cook for a minute.
2. Add tomatoes, almonds and vegetables, Sautee and add spices powder.
3. Sautee until raw smell disappears.
4. Add 1 cup of water, salt and allow to boil.
5, Add oats and cook under low flame until soft.
6. Once cooked , remove from flame and add lime juice, chopped
coriander leaves.
7. Serve hot with chutney, raita or plain curd.
