- Whole Egg – 2nos
- Water -30ml
- Salt -1 gm
- Butter- 2 tsp
- Coriander leaves -1 gm
Preparation Method
1. Separate egg yolks and whites.
2. Beat egg yolks until light in colour, add flour and bind together.
3. In other bowl add salt, water to egg whites and beat until stiff peak
stage.
4. Gently bind the egg yolk mixture in to egg white and mix slowly.
5. Heat a skillet, add butter and allow to melt.
6. Spread the egg mixture evenly and allow to cook under low flame.
7. Top up with chopped coriander leaves.
